NOTICE FOR REGISTRATION TO NURSERY FOR THE SESSION 2023 – 2024

Online forms for Registration to Nursery will be available on the school website www.stpaulsccagra.edu.in
from Thursday, 10th November 2022 from 9:00 AM to Saturday, 12th November 2022 till 2:00 PM.

AGE FOR REGISTRATION TO NURSERY FOR THE SESSION 2023 – 2024, 4+ as on 31.03.2023.

Documents to be attached with the Registration form.

1. A recent family photograph (48MM X 36MM) (Parents with child sitting in the centre).
2. Photocopy of Birth Registration Certificate from the Municipal Corporation /Board or other Competent authority approved by the Government. (Certificate issued by Hospital will not be accepted).
3. For SC/ST/Backward – A Photocopy of the Certificate from the District Magistrate or Designated Authority of the District Magistrate
4. Sibling proof – Photocopy of the latest mark sheet of St. Paul’s Church College Unit II.
5. Address proof – Photocopy of any one of these : Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID of the parent.
6. For Christians – Photocopy of Baptism Certificate [Letter from Parish Priest to be submitted at the time of interaction].
7. School copy of ONLINE REGISTRATION PAYMENT RECEIPT.

ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOGRAPH TO BE BROUGHT AT THE TIME OF INTERACTION.
INFORMATION REGARDING INTERACTION WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PORTAL ON THE SCHOOL WEBSITE.

1. Filling up the Registration Form does not guarantee admission.
2. Registration Form with wrong/incomplete information will not be considered.
3. Any pressure or recommendation that is brought to bear on the school authorities will automatically disqualify the application.
4. The school does not accept any donation for admission.
5. The decisions regarding the admission process are totally under the preview of the admission committee/management. It’s decision shall remain final and binding. The Management of the school reserves all rights for admitting any child in the school.
6. All information will be provided on the ONLINE REGISTRATION PORTAL on the school website. No SMS/letter will be sent.

NO REFUND WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ONCE ADMISSION IS GRANTED AND FEE IS DEPOSITED.
